The project aims to define a pathway for the establishment of a Food and Agricultural Biodiversity Community<\/em> in Valchiusella, as a model replicable in other areas of Piedmont. Its goal is to safeguard and enhance local genetic resources\u2014both plant and animal\u2014while promoting sustainable farming practices and responsible tourism.<\/strong>

The project foresees a census of Piedmontese contexts suitable for creating a Food and Agricultural Biodiversity Community in Valchiusella, as a model that can also be replicated in other Alpine areas of Piedmont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
