The <strong>Region of Piedmont <\/strong>has<br \/>\na stand dedicated to the educational institutions of the area, and this<br \/>\nyear for the first time the University of Gastronomic Sciences will<br \/>\nalso be present to promote its course offerings. The fair aims to bring<br \/>\ntogether businesses, universities, schools and researchers who are<br \/>\nconcerned with educational offerings that promote innovation.<br \/>\nAlso in Milan, in Piazza Napoli, <strong>March 18 and 19<\/strong> will see the third edition of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.falacosagiusta.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fa\u2019 la cosa giusta!<\/a><\/strong>,<br \/>\nan exhibition\/market with the theme of fair trade, critical consumption<br \/>\nand sustainability.
