--oi-block-space-sm:30px; --oi-block-space-md:30px; --oi-block-space-lg:30px; --oi-block-space-xl:30px; --oi-block-space-xxl:30px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-b52c39ddb0239bfa047880248ed6baef wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>Friday, July 17<\/strong>, the Aula Magna of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo will host <strong>the thesis discussions and graduation ceremony <\/strong>for students of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/en\/course\/msc-in-food-industry-management\/\">Graduate Degree in Food Industry Management<\/a> <\/strong>and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/en\/course\/undergraduate-degree-in-food-sciences-and-cultures\/\">Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The graduation session reflects the interdisciplinary approach that characterizes the educational offering of the University of Gastronomic Sciences. <br><strong>The theses cover a wide range of topics<\/strong>, united by a <strong>shared reflection on the role of food in the transformations of contemporary society<\/strong>: from <strong>the regeneration of inland and rural areas<\/strong> to the <strong>enhancement of agri-food production<\/strong>, from <strong>international food law<\/strong> to the <strong>blue economy<\/strong>, from <strong>culinary medicine<\/strong> to the <strong>geopolitics of food<\/strong>, and the <strong>relationships between gastronomy, culture, art, and education<\/strong>. <br>This broad spectrum of research highlights how food has become a privileged lens through which to understand economic, social, environmental, and cultural phenomena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-9099583a9e9a19a8ac5340a3fc63f983 wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/en\/course\/msc-in-food-industry-management\/\">Graduate Degree in Food Innovation &amp; Management <\/a><\/strong>prepares professionals capable of leading innovation and development processes within companies and organizations in the agri-food sector. <br>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/en\/course\/undergraduate-degree-in-food-sciences-and-cultures\/\">Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures<\/a><\/strong> provides a multidisciplinary education that integrates scientific, humanistic, economic, and social disciplines, preparing graduates to understand the complexity of food systems and promote more sustainable and conscious models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below are the graduating students and their thesis titles.<\/p>\n\n\n    <div class=\"oi-block oi-block-layout-space \" style=\"--oi-block-space-xs:30px;
