Uno studio esplorativo nel territorio delle Langhe<em>\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Professor Maria Giovanna Onorati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures<\/strong><br><em>Pison Junior Ayebazibwe<\/em>, 30, from Sheema (Uganda), will present his thesis entitled: <em>\u201cHow Does Pastoralism Centered Around Ankole Cows Shape Social Structures, Cultural Identity, and Economic Resilience in Contemporary African Societies in Relation to Food\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Dr. Elena Fusar Poli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vladyslava Mukoid<\/em>, 21, from Ukraine, will present her thesis entitled: <em>\u201cUkrainian Gastronomy Tourism\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Professor Paolo Corvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Gregorio Turina<\/em>, 22, from Turin (Piedmont), will present his thesis entitled: <em>\u201c<\/em>Anime, cibo e desiderio esperienziale: come le rappresentazioni alimentari nei media giapponesi stimolano il turismo verso il Giappone<em>\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Professor Luca Antoniazzi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday, April 24 at 9:00 a.m., in the Aula Magna, the thesis discussions and the diploma award ceremony will take place for a small group of students from the Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs.
