On the morning of Friday, December 12<\/strong>, thesis defenses will be held for 12 Italian and international students<\/strong> who have completed their Undergradate's and Master's degree programs.
There are 3 graduates <\/strong>from the Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures<\/strong> and 9 graduates<\/strong> from the Master's Degree in Food Innovation and Management<\/strong>, coming from Italy, France, and Israel.
At the end of the thesis defenses, after 1:00 PM, a joint graduation ceremony will take place in the Aula Magna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Sezzella<\/strong>, 24 years old from Vignole Borbera (Piedmont), presents her thesis titled: \u201cTransforming School Food Systems: Strategies for Sustainable, Inclusive, and Scalable Change Across Contexts\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Prof. Gabriele Proglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosaline Savio<\/strong>, 24 years old from Genoa (Liguria), presents her thesis titled: \u201cFood as Gesamtkunstwerk: The Evolution of Food in Art from the Avant-garde to the Present Day\u201d<\/em>, supervised by Prof. Nicola Perullo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
