The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) is heading to New York to take part in the <\/span>2025 Summer Fancy Food Show<\/b>, one of the most important international events dedicated to innovation and excellence in the food industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

From <\/span>June 29 to July 1<\/b>, the city that never sleeps will host the <\/span>68th edition<\/b> of the fair at the <\/span>Javits Center<\/b>, bringing together thousands of food professionals from across the globe. UNISG will be featured at the heart of the <\/span>Italian Pavilion (Level 3 \u2013 Booth 2501-2507)<\/b> with a dedicated space to showcase its academic programs and highlight the companies that are part of its extended network.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Summer Fancy Food Show is more than just a trade fair: it is a global crossroads where food culture, innovation, and brand storytelling converge.
