From December 1st, UNISG will launch a brand-new platform of online courses<\/strong> available to anyone who wants to dive into the world of food. Get ready to enjoy UNISG+ and the array of classes created by alumni, (visiting) professors, students, and experts of the sector!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The first two available courses are \u201cHistory of Italian Cuisine\u201d<\/strong>, which will take you on a historical adventure from the Romans to the Middle Ages, from Marco Polo\u2019s travels to the cuisine of Italian emigrants abroad. The second course, \u201cBehind your Daily Cup: Understanding the Coffee Value Chain\u201d<\/strong>, has lessons ranging from botany to geography, from roasting to a peek behind the pricing and logistics of coffee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Each course, available in Italian or English and subtitled<\/strong> in both languages, is made up of about 50 video lessons, in-depth reading materials and quizzes to check your progress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
