You\u2019ll taste different types of Gorgonzola and learn to distinguish their sensory qualities. You\u2019ll also learn how sensitive you are to different tastes, and contribute to a scientific research project!<\/p>\n

The UNISG is easy to reach by bus number 1\u00a0 (Line 1 Bra-Pollenzo-Bra) or by the Cheese shuttle bus connecting the center of Bra with Pollenzo. Please check the webpage to know the shuttle bus schedule and where are located the bus stops in Bra<\/a><\/p>\n
