The M.Res. in Food, Law, and Finance<\/strong> is a joint postgraduate research program<\/em> to inspire an eco-legal food advocacy marked by the signature pluralism and inter-disciplinarity of the IUC approach, and by the\u00a0University of Gastronomic Sciences\u2019 long-standing concern for sustainable access to quality food.<\/p>\n The M.Res. curriculum triangulates law and finance with a solid understanding of the processes underpinning the provision of food<\/strong>, to unveil the\u00a0 tensions and tradeoffs of the global production regime.<\/p>\n The program also cultivates a pronounced sensitivity to the ecological dimension<\/strong>:<\/em> interrogating the global food regime equipped with the institutional inventiveness afforded by an expanded eco-legal literacy, and with the visions of ecological transition made possible by generative financial architectures.<\/p>\n Deconstructive and critical perspectives interact in the curriculum with a pro-active style of professional practice and active citizenship<\/strong>, to enliven the work of policy practitioners and researchers, and the strategies of civil society organization.<\/p>\n M.Res. in Food, Law, and Finance<\/strong> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n In order to apply<\/strong> to the M.Res. in Food, Law, and Finance<\/b><\/strong>, candidates must:<\/p>\n NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>It is recommended that you upload your application dossier at least one week before the application deadline.\u00a0The application process is free and non-binding<\/em><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Students from all countries are eligible to apply. Note that for all educational documents (diplomas, degrees, certificates, transcripts) issued outside of Italy, official translations and an Italian consular accreditation (the \u201cDichiarazione di Valore\u201d) must be obtained by the student and submitted to the Registrar Office. The original document must be handed in to the Student Registrar Office no later than the first day of the program and will be kept by the university for the duration of the program. (The consulate may choose to send the document directly to UNISG.) The application to UNISG must be completed through an Italian consular representative.
