The sample represents about 71% of the companies operating in the F&amp;B market.<\/p>\n<p>The research analyzes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the performance of companies in the food industry<\/li>\n<li>the performance of companies in the food industry;<\/li>\n<li>medium-term growth and profitability prospects;<\/li>\n<li>the determinants of operating profitability, productivity and growth;<\/li>\n<li>the characteristics of companies\u2019 business models;<\/li>\n<li>the link between business models and economic and competitive performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Edition 2021<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The seventh edition of the observatory is dedicated to sustainability and its impact on business models and companies\u2019 performance.
