Paolo Corvo is associate professor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, where he teaches Travel cultures and Social Change, Media and Visual Sociology of Food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He deals with issues related to food and consumption, sustainable food and wine tourism, indicators of quality of life, well-being and happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has carried out research and training activities for public and private corporations on themes related to tourism and the socio-economic development of the territory, the processes of globalization and civil society.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
