He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2015 from the University of Turin and specialized in Nutrition Science at the same university in 2020. Subsequently, he first held a research fellowship and then completed a PhD at the University of Pollenzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-25ebd82600445ac2adce463e080dd9c5 wp-block-paragraph\">He currently conducts research at the University of Pollenzo and is the coordinator of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.it\/en\/course\/executive-master-in-food-medicine\/\">Executive Master in Food Medicine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"oi-block oi-block-layout-space \" style=\"--oi-block-space-xs:30px;
