Matteo Dellapiana holds a research fellowship at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, within the Agroecology research group. He is involved in the Horizon Europe project Agroecology European Partnership on Accelerating Farming Systems Transition \u2013 Agroecology Living Labs and Research Infrastructures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He began his research career at the Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he obtained his PhD in Agrobiosciences in 2025 with a thesis investigating the role of marginal olive growing on Monte Pisano in maintaining local arthropod biodiversity. He later worked as a research fellow at the University of Turin, contributing to the PNRR project GRINS \u2013 Growing Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable, focusing on carbon farming in the context of viticulture in the Langhe region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He received his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies in 2019 and his Master\u2019s degree in Plant Biotechnology in 2021, both from the University of Turin.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
