Friday July 15 23 international students complete their studies in Pollenzo and are discussing their theses in a morning session.

The neo-gastronomes – belonging to the Undergraduate degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures and Graduate degree in Food Innovation & Management – are from Italy, Ghana, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Ethiopia, Panama/Venezuela, Russia, and the United States.
