Pollenzo: Friday March 31st Graduation Cerimony for 30 international UNISG Masters’ students

Thirty new gastronomes hailing from 15 countries complete the Master in Food Culture, Communication & Marketing program on Friday March 31st at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
The Graduation Ceremony is taking place on March 31st at 4 pm in Aula Magna.

Here are the names of our new gastronomes and their reports and thesis, supervised by the Master convenor prof. Michele Antonio Fino.

Shachi Bakliwal, from Jaipur (India), presents the thesis entitled: “Tablescaping your Dinner: Feasibility of a Business Model”, supervised by prof. Michele Antonio Fino.

Emanuela Casale, from San Maurizio Canavese (Italy), presents the report of her internship entitled: “Aromi: the communication agency that anticipates the growth of the food industry”, supervised by prof. Michele Antonio Fino.

Ella Michelle Cusano, from Mendham (USA /Italy), presents the report of her internship at Caffe Vergnano, supervised by prof. Michele Antonio Fino.
