During the day, the University of Gastronomic Sciences will present the Honorary Degree to Sarah Weiner, a brilliant young American activist for sustainable food
The traditional Graduation ceremony for the students of Pollenzo is back.
On Wednesday, September 25, in the morning, the students will discuss their theses, while in the afternoon, starting at 3 pm, a long procession of gastronomes will wind as usual from the Pollenzo square to the courtyard of the Pollenzo Agency, where the graduates will be proclaimed.
On the same day, there will be the conferral of the Honorary Degree in Sustainable Food Innovation and Management to Sarah Weiner, a young American activist for food sovereignty.
