On Thursday, March 10th, a Graduation Day will be held for sixteen students of the three-year undergraduate program and the two-year Magistrale program.

On Thursday, March 10th, sixteen students complete their studies – nine of them belonging to the three-year degree course in Scienze e Culture Gastronomiche and seven to the two-year Magistrale course in Food Innovation & Management – and present their final theses. 

In the morning, the discussions are held for the undergraduate students, with proclamations and the delivery of diplomas at 12.00, while the afternoon session is reserved for the graduate students, with proclamations and the delivery of diplomas to take place at 17.30.

Three-year Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures

Daniele Desiderio, 34 years old from Scandiano (Re), discusses the thesis entitled: “Travel social media e nuova realtà gastronomica”, supervised by prof Maria Giovanna Onorati.

Pietro Canepari, 25 years old from Rome, discusses the thesis entitled: “L’impatto del cambiamento climatico sulla raccolta dei funghi edibili”, supervised by prof Gabriele Volpato.

Lorenzo Penco, 24 years old from Arluno (MI), discusses the thesis entitled: “Il pesce siluro in Italia un esempio di specie invasiva e potenziale risorsa gastronomica”, supervised by prof Gabriele Volpato.
