On Friday, April 1st, a Graduation Day will be held for 21 students of the Master in Food Culture, Communication & Marketing coming from 8 Countries.

21 new gastronomes hailing from 8 Countries complete the Master in Food Culture, Communication & Marketing program on Friday April 1st at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. The Graduation Ceremony is taking place on April 1, 2022 at 11 am in Aula Magna (Cascina Albertina Building).

Here are the names of our new gastronomes and their internship reports, supervised by te Master convenor prof. Michele Antonio Fino.

Agnès Isabelle Gabrielle Ambrosi, 56 from France, presents the report of her internship at the Hotel Restaurant ‘Le Piemontesine’ in Igliano, Cuneo, Italy.

Giulia  Andreotti, 23 from San Mauro Torinese, Italy, presents the report of her internship at the Pastificio Bolognese, Turin.

Michelangelo Angelini, 25 from Acquasanta Terme, Italy, presents the report of his internship at the cooperative “Rocca Madre – The Aleppo Mixture”.
