Not Just Wine & Gastronomes Studio: Telling the Story and Creating the Wine of Tomorrow – with Matteo Micotti e Vittorio Cenci

The presentation, accompanied by a wine tasting, will focus on two complementary experiences that illustrate the new languages of wine and their evolution.
On the one hand, Not Just Wine, the digital community founded by Matteo Micotti in 2017, during the second year of his degree course in Gastronomic Sciences.
In a few years, NJW has collaborated with over 300 Italian wineries, including Ferrari, Berlucchi, and Krug. Through an accessible and engaging language, it has transformed wine communication into a tool for connection, developing consulting services ranging from marketing and communication to commercial support, with projects that have also included the Milano Wine Week & Signorvino.
On the other hand, Gastronomes Studio, an agency and startup studio founded by Matteo Micotti and Vittorio Cenci in 2023, dedicated to the creation and development of distinctive brands in the food & beverage sector.
In just two years, it has brought 3 Champagne labels and 3 labels from Spain to the Italian and European markets, introducing over 20,000 bottles of wine into the market.
In addition to the direct development of its own projects, Gastronomes Studio offers comprehensive consultancy support to partner companies, creating tailor-made projects that allow for the production of wines in collaboration with the team. With this integrated approach, which combines storytelling, design, and commercial positioning, it stands out for its ability to enhance the authenticity of territories and transform ideas into tangible results.
