BIOGRAFIA
Andrey Felipe Sgorla, anthropologist and research fellow in the sector of M-DEA/01 -Demoethnoanthropological Disciplines as part of the “North West Digital and Sustainable (NODES)” project. His research activity moves in the field of anthropology of business and economics through an ethnographic approach related to entrepreneurship in the food, small-scale production, and artisanal sectors, conducting specific activities of market analysis and business models. He is a doctor in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), with a study in economic anthropology through pioneering research on the formation of the craft beer market in Brazil.
In November 2020, he moved to Italy to conduct a second Ph.D., with a research fellowship, in Learning and Innovation in Social and Work Contexts at the University of Siena (Italy). He researches neo-craft work based on the experiences and professional and entrepreneurial practices of master brewers in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. In addition, he was a visiting professor at the Universities of Lisbon (Portugal), Vic (Spain), and Federal de Pelotas (Brazil).
