The not-for-profit Association of Friends of the University of Gastronomic Sciences has the objective of promoting and managing the fundraising necessary to support the university’s growth and development.

The Association, which was set up in 2003 on the initiative of founding members Slow Food and the Region of Piedmont, now also includes the Contributing Members and the Strategic Partners, public and private entities that make a significant contribution to the success of the University of Gastronomic Sciences thanks to an on-going relationship of collaboration and support.

The Association is governed by a board of directors, with the following members:
