Newsletter and Blog
A collaboration between the Communications Office and the writing course of the Colorno master program, the UNISG newsletter is published bimonthly, featuring articles written by the Food Culture and Communications students as well as other university news and events.
The master students also contribute to a collective blog, The New Gastronomes, featuring food-related posts about life in Colorno, travel experiences, and other thoughts and ideas about gastronomy in general. In addition to offering visitors a student perspective on UNISG, the blog provides a workshop experience for our food writers in training.
