Program
The two-year graduate degree in Gastronomy and Food Communications is designed to develop specialized skills in food-and-wine tourism management and high-quality foods marketing.
Courses fall within the disciplines of economics and consumer science, multi-platform communications, distribution, and tourism promotion.
A study-abroad period takes place at the University of New Hampshire (Durham, NH, USA) or another foreign university, and a work-study internship (in management, marketing, journalism, food editorial, distribution and logistics, or food-and-wine tourism) offers students the opportunity for professional experience in an Italian or international company or organization.
