Including public and institutional organizations, companies and small-scale food producers and artisans, consortia and private individuals,
supporters of UNISG field seminars study trips cover expenses to varying levels.
Contributions may include direct funding of full or partial costs, or services provided by the supporter (room and board, tastings, lessons).
